Glenn College and its sister school Global College, based in British Columbia, Canada, have officially opened a direct Korean branch of GC Education Center (operated under the name “Global On Education”) as of September 21, 2023.
Glenn College is a government-recognized private institution, accredited with both the Education Quality Assurance (EQA) and the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) certifications. With a Designated Learning Institution (DLI) number, it is eligible to support international students with academic credit recognition, study permits, and work visas.
Global College, known for its focus on English language education, also operates popular international English camps. In 2023, the school successfully held an English immersion camp for over 250 children at Trinity Western University in Canada.
With the opening of the Korean branch, GC Education Center now provides a localized online admission hub for Korean students interested in TESOL and Translation & Interpretation programs. The center offers prompt consultation services and access to detailed information on Glenn College’s main academic programs, including TESOL, Translation & Interpretation, Hospitality, and Digital Marketing, helping to improve acceptance and completion rates for students.
Further expansion is also underway, with a Vietnam branch planned to open later this year, aiming to build a stronger educational network across Southeast Asia. In celebration of the Korean branch launch, GC Education Center is currently preparing a special promotional event for October.
