Glenn College, Leading Canadian Online TESOL Provider, Signs Agreements with Multiple Vietnamese Universities to Offer Professional Training Programs

Glenn College, a Canadian government-certified private career college, recently announced the signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with multiple universities in Vietnam. This milestone follows the establishment of its official Korean branch, the “GC Education Center” (operated by Global On Education), in 2023.

Headquartered in Canada, Glenn College offers a variety of professional diploma programs both online and offline. In Korea, its online TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and Translation & Interpretation programs have gained significant popularity. These programs are all certified by the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Government of British Columbia and grant diplomas upon successful completion.

Through these new partnerships, Glenn College will deliver its Hospitality, Digital Marketing, and TESOL programs in collaboration with Vietnamese universities, aligning with local academic departments. Students in Vietnam will be able to complete Glenn College’s official programs locally and receive internationally recognized diplomas directly from Glenn College in Canada.

As of October, the institutions that have signed MOUs with Glenn College include the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City, Bách Khoa Saigon College, and International College. A representative from Glenn College commented, “With these new agreements, Glenn College is proud to bring high-quality Canadian education to students in Vietnam, a country with a rapidly growing global presence.”

This partnership is expected to further expand the reach of Glenn College’s career-focused programs across Canada, Korea, Vietnam, and beyond. Many are now watching closely to see how these Vietnamese institutions implement the programs and how the collaboration will shape future educational opportunities in the region.
