
Glenn College, a Canadian government-accredited institution, and Cofer College in Vietnam have officially signed their first Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on February 6, 2025, to expand their educational collaboration. This partnership aims to introduce three new professional programs in Ho Chi Minh City, enhancing global educational opportunities for students.
Building upon the success of the Digital Marketing Foundation program, which has produced approximately 300 graduates in 2024, the two colleges are launching the following programs:

TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certification Program: Designed to train global English education professionals.

Hospitality Program: Offers practical training for the rapidly growing tourism and service industries.

Advanced Digital Marketing Program: Provides in-depth knowledge of data-driven marketing strategies.

These programs are expected to offer broader career opportunities and equip students with globally recognized skills.
Kei Lee (Korean name: Lee Sung-koo), Director of Glenn College, stated that this collaboration aims to provide Vietnamese students with internationally recognized education, enhancing their competitiveness on the global stage.
Dr. Lê Ngọc Trung, President of Cofer College, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing the importance of providing students with quality education that meets international standards.
This MOU signifies a significant step in strengthening international educational cooperation between Glenn College and Cofer College, aiming to offer students enhanced global competitiveness through specialized training programs.
