캐나다 글랜 컬리지, 베트남 대학들과 디지털 마케팅 및 전문 프로그램 합작 투자 협약 체결

Glenn College, a Canadian government-accredited institution, has signed agreements with multiple Vietnamese universities to offer a range of specialized educational programs. This collaboration aims to integrate Canadian vocational programs and online courses into the regular curricula of Vietnamese institutions.

The programs to be introduced include Digital Marketing, Hospitality Management, TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), and Medical English. These courses will be incorporated into the standard offerings of partner universities in Vietnam, providing students with access to internationally recognized certifications.

In September 2023, Glenn College signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with several Vietnamese universities to strengthen educational cooperation. Following this, on December 12, 2023, Glenn College President Kristian Lee visited Vietnam to formalize additional agreements with Cofer College and Hung Vuong University. As a result, approximately 150 students are expected to commence the ‘Digital Marketing Foundation’ program in January 2024, with academic credits being recognized by both institutions.

Furthermore, during this visit, Bach Khoa Saigon College, which had previously signed an MOU in September, agreed to launch a Business Translation and Interpretation program. Additionally, the University of Law in Ho Chi Minh City signed an agreement to introduce a Legal English program in collaboration with Glenn College.

These partnerships mark a significant step in enhancing educational ties between Canada and Vietnam, aiming to provide students with globally competitive skills and qualifications. Currently, Glenn College has established educational agreements with a total of 15 Vietnamese universities. President Kristian Lee expressed gratitude for the opportunity to contribute to the development of Vietnam’s educational sector and affirmed the college’s commitment to further collaboration.
