Glenn College, a government-accredited professional college in Canada, offers a variety of specialized programs both online and offline, and is particularly popular in Korea for its online TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and translation/interpretation courses. These programs are all accredited by Canada’s PTIB, and students receive diplomas upon successful completion.
In September 2023, Glenn College and Cofer College from Vietnam signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to enhance mutual cooperation. Through this partnership, 120 Cofer College students successfully completed Glenn College’s Digital Marketing Foundation program and graduated.
The graduation ceremony to commemorate this achievement is scheduled for June 3, 2024.
Representatives from both colleges, including Kristian Lee (Korean name: Lee Seong-gu), representing Glenn College, and Nguyen Joseph Tam, Director of Glenn College Vietnam, attended the ceremony to celebrate the students’ accomplishments and reaffirm the importance of the collaboration between the two institutions.
With this MOU, Glenn College is further strengthening its cooperation with Cofer College, expanding the global education network. The Digital Marketing Foundation program is designed to develop key competencies in modern digital marketing. Through this program, students gain practical skills in areas such as using digital tools, analyzing consumer behavior, and formulating marketing strategies.
A Glenn College representative stated, “We are thrilled that through our collaboration with Cofer College, more students are able to access high-quality education. We will continue to expand our global partnerships to offer educational opportunities to more students.”
This graduation ceremony marks the first step of a successful partnership between Cofer College and Glenn College. The two colleges plan to continue their collaboration to improve the global educational environment.
The future of Glenn College and Cofer College, opening a new chapter in global education, is eagerly anticipated.
